Has your wife tried Ampyra ?
It's called the walking drug and helps with all forms of MS.

www.ampyra.com

There is also a closed Facebook group for Ampyra.

What is thx? I was using a CBD tincture at night to help with restless legs/ pain/ spasticity and sleep. It helped me get off gabapentin and I feel I can use as needed instead of constant. I recently had a flare that caused a small seizure. I’m not doing anything but antibiotics and steroids. I have read where CBD and thc aren’t good to my mix with steroids. Afraid of myself these days.

I use it and it definitely helps me! I've used it for almost 4 years now. Definitely helps with inflammation and pain. I do also use THC at night in edible or tincture form as they are most powerful when used together (CBD & THC). It literally melts away the pain so I can sleep and wake up relatively pain free. So much pain creeps in during the day, but at least knowing I will get relief at night means so much as far as quality of life is concerned. When I first started using CBD and THC, I went to a dispensary and got a free 1:1 private consultation. They talked with me about my medical needs and were able to suggest a few things to try. See if you can find somewhere to do the same! As far as a source, I love LazarusNaturals - they offer 60% discount for disabled folks (as well as veterans and low income) and their products work for me just as well as the dispensary ones that were a lot more expensive. Here if you have any additional questions about it! XX
