Has anyone found a really good app or website for documenting daily health log? Looking for something that will have a way for me to input details about my day like what I ate, how much I slept, stress level, activity level, symptoms, pain, etc. I would like something that will help me aggregate that information over time so I can understand trends in what I do/eat and how I feel subsequently. Hi, I know this question is a couple of months old but I found this app/website called flaredown. I downloaded it a couple years ago when I started getting sick but never used it because I can't seem to focus on anything that takes any bit of brainpower.
