I agree, I changes my diet to ,
No process foods,
No sugar, stevia is good
No gulten has helped a lot
No dairy or as little as possible
Well it didn't happen over night.
I started with one thing, then a couple months added another.
When i first looked at the didnt for anti- inflammation
I thought no fuckin way was it going to happen.
But honestly i feel so much better.
The fatigue has gotten alot better.
The headaches,
Alot of stuff, oh fog brain.
Dont get me wrong, i can have days were i cant remember a thing, but its not like confusion feeling so much.
