I realize that my question may be a tough one. I am not new to MS and have a huge list of symptoms that have varied through the years. But what I was hoping for was a list I could show friends and family. One “I didn’t make”. So that they would see within it the few things I have told them. I guess I am going through a phase of feeling that people don’t believe. I still walk, so I must be fine just lazy.
Getting tired of it.

When I was first diagnosed many many years ago I put a folder together with information about MS and gave them to family, close friends to help them understand. I got pamphlets from the MS Society, like you look so good, others I thought would be helpful. People thanked me and it helped me as well. Just an idea for you

I know how u feel. People think you make symptoms up. They tell me how good i look and must be doing fine when really i am having mobility issues and feel tired all the time no matter how much sleep i get. Sorry just had to rant. Everyone has different symptoms but here are a few that i have had....speech difficulty, low concentration, dizziness, weakness and tingling, crippling fatigue, problems writing and all over pain. That is a few. I have had different ones with my relapses. Hope things get better. It is a very frustrating disease for sure because symptoms are not all seen.

LeslieClarke it seemed to help those that I was close to and even people I worked. After time I knew my situation and those that want to understand are the ones I am thankful for and the others I pray they never have to go through anything like this or worse.

It’s an idea. I was diagnosed just over 10 years ago so it’s not new. It’s unfortunately just become more apparent I have problems, which is being interpreted by people as me not doing enough. Being told if I would just do more I would feel better. So maybe your idea would help. Thanks
