I've been reading a lot on the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) by Dr. Longo. I've had other medical professionals in the past discuss with me about cell regeneration, so when I started researching this everything clicked.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

The CCSVI could never be duplicated after he performed it on his own wife 😪 I was let down. Diet is as important as attitude! I cover it on my YouTube channel MSisBS

@A MyMSTeam Member Documentary on the CCSVI or Fasting Mimicking Diet?

My neuro didn't entertain CCSVI but I still push for a "why" from him. I know he dreads all my questions. I'm that patient who shows up with paperwork asking a ton of questions. It's annoying for him, I'm sure but I'm trusting him with my health am taking all the meds he suggests, so I feel I have the right to ask.

I was reading about juicing celery and the health benefits. I believe everyone would find it interesting. If anyone checks this out let me know what you think. Im going to give it a shot. I will let ya know how it goes. Its suppose to help with many health issues including autoimmune diseases.
