B Complex Vitamins
I've been reading up on the benefits of b complex vitamins. So I would like to know who takes b vitamins and what are the benefits you've noticed?
It's a good idea, before taking suppliments of any kind, to speak with your neurologist and your GP first. The reason for this is there's some proof out there that some DMT drugs can actually inhibit the body's ability to produce and store vitamin D among others. Getting your doctor to order blood tests to look for chemical and vitimin dificiencies provide valuable information on what, if any suppliments are needed.
I take a vitamin B complex along with a B-12 once per week. I don't know how to put this but I scaled back to once per week because I seemed to be evacuating more of the vitamin I was taking more than I was retaining (my urine was florscesent aka it looked like I pee'd a highlighter)
My Neurologist told Me the Day I, got My MS DX to never forget My B Vitamins as this will help My Nervous System. I, have taken thrm for over 32 Years now.
I don't use the complex but, I take an awesome methylcobalamin (B-12) 5000 mcg and biotin sublingual forms, they are really helpful for energy, and immune support.
1 B12 everyday. Seems to help with energy.
