My Nuero doesn't say anything bad for VitaminD. I feel that taking Calcium-Magnesium daily makes my bones feel stronger and make my whole body feel warmer.
I take natural things, Vitamins Calcium, Zinc.
I make sure I am calm & don't let alot of things bother me.

I take Vitamin D, and multiple vitamin, and something kinda random, which I’ve been taking religiously for over 20 years now…Ambrotose.

It’s a multilevel networking type of thing where u can make money, but I don’t-I just take it! And after 20+ years with this disease I am still walking around!

My neurologist put me on 50,000 once a week a year and a half ago. He said to keep taking it as my levels are crazy low.
