Hi, I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and am due to have my operation on Tuesday very worried about the future and how my MS is going to react.

As I tell my adult kids....concentrate on your breathing take three deep breathes in n out and realize nobody can tell you how it’s going to turn out!! It helps me to do this lying flat on the floor with my arms above my head and talking with God!!! I am sorry you’re going through this and I will say prayers for you 🙏💕

I agree with the others, don't worry about your MS. Everyone is different, your MS may not flare at all and worrying about it doesn't help. Focus now on doing your best to deal with breast cancer! Stay positive. Watch funny movies/TV shows--laugh alot! Eat healthy. Get the sleep you need. Stay connected to those close to you. Ask for help if you need it. God bless. I will pray for you.
