May it be massage therapy, reflexology, energy work, acupuncture, essential oils, yoga.... what non-medicinal strategies best help you with pain management and overall well-being?

Kibitzing = making small-talk. I work out 5 days per week, too. But for me, its the stretching that relieves pain. That and a cold Corona! 😂

Gym every weekday morning. C-V on the bike, weights, boxing. Keeps me strong, gives me good breath, keeps my joints limber with good blood flow. I'm there for about an hour, which translates into 45 min of actual net workout time, allowing for 15 min of kibitzing with my gym friends. (Ask @A MyMSTeam Member about "kibitzing" if you don't know the term!)

The workout does wonders for my mental state, as well as my physical well-being. Along with drumming, these are my essential physical activities.

I stretch and try to walk at least 3 x a week for 15 to 30 minutes..My Dr wants me to start physical therapy. I think water aerobic is really good it helps loosen up the muscles. Everyone have a great weekend.
