Members responded to a question about why MS causes frequent urination by sharing that MS disrupts the nerve signals that control bladder muscles, leading to urgency, incomplete emptying, leakage, and loss of control. Several members shared helpful strategies including scheduled bathroom trips every two hours, stopping fluids by early evening, cranberry supplements to reduce UTIs, and working with urologists who may offer treatments like Botox injections, bladder-relaxing medications, or interstim therapy. A recurring theme was the importance of seeing a urologist for proper evaluation, with many members finding relief through personalized treatment plans and adjusting daily habits.

Try going every 2 hours whether you can feel it or not. It could help. I also have issues feeling like I have to go but this does seem to help. At least it's cut down on the times I have UTI's.
