My neurologist gave a talk at an MS conference on the topic. It was amazing and I increased my D intake immediately. I also told anyone who listen about how critical D is for your internal functions like Calcium absorption. This is not just an MS thing. Everyone should have your vitamin D levels checked. Even if you live in the sunshine state, we wear a lot of sunblock.

I taken a vitamin D vitamin each morning. My neurologist recommended it along well it’s B12.

I take 5000 mg a day, it raised my vit D from 23 to 55!

Yes, but I take a Vit D supplement and it helps. I also, between Apr-Oct try to get at least 20 minutes of sun daily.
