I have had that happen. I have a clock by my bed that shows day/time, that I grab for. I wonder if it is morning or night. Happens every once in awhile for me. More likely to happen when I am overtired or did not sleep, or sleep well the night brfore.

I use to work midnight to 8:00am until my body started having a reaction to my late nights. I began to confuse daytime and night time.

I work nights and very frequently have to be up for normal daytime things if I have an appointment or errand, so time is basically an illusion and I have no way of knowing if MS is a factor in my confusion.
