My left hand falls asleep and tingles and itches🙄 I try moving in different positions but it doesn’t help!! What would you do??

Someone told me to try an ice pack or extremely cold water in a wash cloth(squeeze out the water) and apply it to the areas where you get numb. It worked when my right arm went numb! See if that helps you!

I've heard some docs prescribe Amitriptyline
Brand name: Elavil. Purpose:
Antidepressant and Nerve pain medication
It can treat depression. I didn't care for it, but it has reportedly worked well for others. Good luck.
