I live in the area but unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone. My MS care is via the VA medical system which means my neurologist is 2hrs away in St. Louis.

Oh dear, sounds like he needs to do some *serious* changes to his lifestyle to try to get a handle on that.

Cost of living issues were huge factors in me moving here for me moving here from New England.
