have you felt dizzy and blurry vision, where you feel disassociated with yourself, as if your outside looking in, bc everything was spinning

Put some ginger essential oil around your ears and on the bottoms of your feet. That'll help with your vertigo/dizziness.

Yes. Always. I have very few non dizzy days. Blurred vision is becoming problematic - hang in there xx

Exactly- I think that’s one of the worse Aspects of this disease. You did not know from one day to another how you were gonna be. So how are you supposed to plan anything? Feels as if I’m isolating myself out of fear.

Same!! I’ve done vestibular therapy which sucks but helpful. Just frustrating to not know how I will feel day to day!

Yes. Dizziness is my number one complaint. Sometimes feel like I’m drunk. I’ve been given meclizine which does not work. It comes and goes for me.
