Hi guys. What do you take/do for spasms? Baclofen?

In 2014 in a wheelchair now walking with the assistance of trekking poles and that is only on my off days. Love being physically & operating operating by this great find! 😌
I can't smoke pot. I'm on a pain contract, and pot makes me queasy. I smoked it when I was young. But now a days it doesn't agree with me . Thanks any way.
I used to take baclofen which was not cheap, even with insurance. I got a new Neurologist & he said ditch the med and drink tonic water. I do and it works!

I agree CMD. I am dehydrated & I used to limit my water intake because I'm incontinent. I have FINALLY realized that water is essential. Thanx.
