I take Fampyra (the Canadian version of Ampyra) and can walk without a cane until my foot drops.

MS gym is good but I don't know which exercise to follow,there are too many.Any advice.

Thank you for information.I signed up for MS gym, but confused,too many exercises, don't know which one is good for me.

I use a rollator. But am embracing neuropathic retraining excicises. I want to walk independently. Some have had success with these specific and specialized movement techniques and consider them movement medicine. 'MS moves' offers a video series you can sign up for, and the MS gym is respected highly as well. Sending you good vibes and positive energy 🧡🌻
