Some days its just my right hand and other days I feel like an unbalanced washing machine on spin cycle. Im shy because I can see people looking at me like Im coming down with some sort of drug withdrawal

Well I do have tremors from time to time in that arm where it shakes uncontrollably especially when I’m holding something like coffee but I don’t think it’s called tremors I’ll have to ask my neurologist it almost feels like I have a tens machine inside my body

They are called tremors. I get different types of tremors. Some times it's a muscle twitch, finger twitching, internal chest tremors, leg shakes but most times for me it's the whole arm or whole hand that shakes pretty bad. Tremors can be internal, external or like a voice tremor where your voice shakes when you talk. I get all of them. I think there is a article somewhere on here about them.
