Feet burn at times, and I take shoes off.
At night, I keep feet from being covered, else they burn. Weird, but that is what happens.
I used to have different size shoes in the hall closet for my feet would change size. There was no swelling, they just changed. Twilight zone time...
Yes, I have one ankle that swells & part of foot turns blue. I have had a doc. check my ankle for a pulse. It's there. Just life with MS & i don't walk anymore. You are right keep moving those limbs!
Yes, unbearable pain. The pain is manly nerve pain which is hard to get under control. Unfortunately it's time to see a Foot Doctor again. I'm sorry your suffering. (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
I'm not supposed to walk they want me in the wheelchair but I am still willing to look drunk and fall. I will give in when necessary. Such a sight... Drop foot braces, knee braces with cane or rollator, currently with arm in a sling trying to relax the nearly immobile arm (flare/relapse) with service dog in tow with fanny pack and glasses. Self training my 8mo old husky is going well but I need to find a local trainer asap.
