My son was telling me that a keto diet is really good for people with MS. Has anyone tried this? The diet not the pills which I heard aren't good for you.
My diet is morning breakfast if I have time , if not maybe a lunch which makes me to full for dinner. I might make myself a salad. Chocolate, as much as I love it, doesn’t seem to agree with me lately so that’s off the table for me. Having fruits and veggies around works for me .
I have kept my weight down by these means.
I have learned that a specialty diet doesn't help me very much. I can say this though, diets are good for certain kinds of people. Often, we just have to take care of what we put in our systems, and even when we do decide to put different foods into our daily substance, we should eat with the proper portion as opposed to eating just because we're bored. Even when eating healthy, I never portioned my meal intake so no matter how good I was eating, I was still gorging my food which didn't help me to lose weight to feel better. I always felt stuffed, and although that was comforting to go to sleep, that was bad for the fatigue many already have to deal with daily. Portioning my food has helped me so much and I hope it will help you too. Everybody take care and be safe.
I should probably pay attention to what I eat…. But I don’t, breakfast, coffee and bagels with cream cheese, sometimes smoked fish, donuts are good too, good advice, see what I am eating and don’t follow, I like Cheerios too
