I feel for you, when I was in a similar place my doctor got me to read the book Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis by Dr George Jelenik we got a free copy through the OMS org https://overcomingms.org

Reading this book was a great distraction, and ended up a life saver by setting me on a path of hopefulness. Although over a decade later I still have MS and lesions I have control of it and live a pretty amazing life.

I believe in the mantra whatever it takes. Keep asking questions, keep trying solutions we are all unique and you never know what will work for you.

Good luck, sending hope & hugs

That's interesting. So you take one almost once a year. I'll be interested in what the other members have to say.
