I’m new to this site and looking for first hand experience with DMT drugs. My doc is suggesting I go on Kesimpta or Ocrevus. Any experience with either would be much appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to the site! Ive been on Ocrevus for a year now..its easy to get just 2 infusions every 6 months. My last mri showed no new lesions🤗 I do feel somewhat drained for a day or two after, but thats it. I would definitely recomend it!

I'm on Kesimpta and haven't had any reactions to it. I tried going on Ocrevus first but my insurance denied it.

I've been on Ocrevus for three years. Love that it is only a twice a year infusion. No issues with it. (I Am a little tired after but believe it's from the steroids.) Have had no new lesion and no progression. Good luck with your decision

I have been on Ocrevus for 3 years (or more), and my MRI results have been excellent, no progression! This drug depletes your B cells (part of the immune system), as they are linked to causing relapses. But you still have T cells! I don't understand how the immune system works, but Ocrevus is a definite 'keeper'. It is good for RRMS, SPMS, AND SPMS, and the reviews are fantastic. Good luck! I have not heard of Kesimpta. :)
take care!
