How To Deal With Cold 'flashes'?

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭
edmonton, alberta, CANADA

This morning, I was actually shivering in bed! I had to put on winter p.j.s and a heavy warm sweater, and have a hot drink (coffee). I feel much better, but why is this so random and how dare it interrupt my sleep :(

I've noticed that the answer to most questions of nature "I'm dealing with xxxx...could that be MS?" is "well....maybe?" and the follow on of "why?" is answered with "'cause MS is like that"

It's a damn, pain in the ace disease

Same here, I've been dealing with random hits of spasticity. I can sorta know what I can do to trigger it, but it's not consistent in timing or intensity

That's not really helpful...just commiserating
