That is a very broad/loaded question. Some people stop and don't have relapses for years and hopefully never. Everyone is an individual. Hopefully you never have another. Think +

I, am the same way as jmemoyer, I, had My First Relapse at 24 yr.s old and I, have done fairly well since then except Falls. Oh, through the Years I, have had Double Vision however that was early after I, was DX. with R/R MS. I< am now 60 Years Old.

I'm not positive on this, but I've been told that stress can cause a flare up. But if you've only has that many, you're doing something right. I average about every 6 weeks or so. Keep up the good work! šŸ‘

From my first (and misdiagnoses) in 2013 to my third in 2020 I had three. Finally a diagnosis of RRMS in 2022. Taking an average, I have a relapse every 2.6 years. Will that change, who knows but I’m doing everything I can to try and stop it or reduce the symptoms during.
