And MS FATIGUE, isn't from lack of sleep. It doesn't matter how much sleep you get! It's not a NORMAL fatigue. Whoever you are, do you even have MS?? If you've been on here for any length of time, and have MS, you would know this!! We MSers, get so tired of comments like that, from family, freinds, people in the community,. But NOT normally from others with MS!

We do sound like we have been down the same MS path.
Hang in there.

I pray all the time. I have a good support system. One of the things I was told back in 2015, was WHY I have trouble sleeping. It's from where a lesion on my BRAIN is! So it's a PHYSICAL reason, not a emotional problem, or from anything else. I really wish people who don't KNOW ME, would quit trying to give me advice, or try to FIX ME! Just be supportive. If you are not on my team, and I don't know you from ADAM, please stop and think! I also worked in Healthcare for over 2 decades. I am an INTELLIGENT woman. I go over this with folks often.
