Journey into the unknown is very scary. Just be secure in the fact that many of us have traveled and continue to walk that road. Come walk with me ! Sometimes the things we feel and see, are real.

I suggest to see your neurologist and get MRI'S. They will show where there are active lesions.

I agree with Marilyn. Right now I have a sore back, quite bad, so I’m convinced I have cancer. However since my last visit when I was sure I had a brain tumour on top of my MS, I’ve been asked to let the dr have a go at diagnosis first. No sign of any brain tumours or cancer last time, just MySterious MS with its random unpredictable symptoms.

I had an MRI experience 2 years ago. We don’t get them easily here so it was five years between them. I had many new symptoms and pains. Yes there were several new lesions, but the med staff could tell me from the MRI they were now stable lesions but may have effects that are new.

They see many MRIs and patients, they said including some hypochondriacs. I asked it hypochondria could be fatal.

I just have myself to judge things, and no medical training. Ask questions, if you really find something that really doesn’t make sense after you asked again for it to be explained, and your med staff can’t explain it, ask for a second opinion.

But don’t fill your tired brain with worry and imaginings.

I would say, for you to talk to your doctor about these issues. He or she knows best.
