I've had this problem for years and no amount of therapy keeps it away for long. Tried just about every medicine there is for muscle spasms. Death would be more comfortable than this...LOL
@A MyMSTeam Member Praying for you warrior, today and always! Happy Thanksgiving 💜
💪MS strong, all day long!!💪
I hope you feel better, let’s look for a solution for me it’s getting rid of dairy, beef, cigarettes and alcohol. Occasionally I can have a drink for me it increases leg pain and hot flashes in which I want to stay in the solution. I have terrible neck; bulging disk, DDD; degenerative, disk, disorder. Osteoporosis. Pre diabetic and I wished I new I would get MS and Neuropathy
YES! My head always hurts, and it's always in the neck/lower base of skull. My head is too heavy for my neck. My back hurts, my neck hurts, my brain is going to explode. I can some days function to a degree, but then it moves over my head and it's like I'm pulling a hood over my head, and everywhere I pull it I'm squeezing my brain. At the worst point, it then is aching in my upper jaw, and my ears, and my eyes (that always feel too big for their socket) hurt worse.
And that is all just my head. Haven't even gotten to the wasp stings and spasms in my body, and my lack of ability to think clearly, etc.
I'm in miserable pain and i cant take much more.
Me too. I am at the end of a flare or cervical migraine right now. I cant tell the difference. I ran out of Flexeril but that cuts the intense neck pain down to 3 or 4 days instead of 10 days or more without it. It usually only takes one pill a night and no more than 2 on any day/night. I also have to do my neck and back stretches daily and if I dont I pay dearly. Sometimes I just forget to do them and it gets me every single time. Good luck Warrior 🧡🧡🧡
Voltarin instructions are not to be used on back or spine. Am I correct, Ricia?
