The Botox therapy has been a lifesaver for me as I’m allergic to a few of the oral medications for incontinence. I’ve had these Botox protocols for the past 4:5 years and I’m very grateful to the urologist as well for being involved with the MS Center at NYULangone Hospital in studies for MS patients and our incontinence symptoms…

Sorry to hear about your situation.
Botox is used for many conditions. Not specifically MS. I taught children with physical challenges and was used to reduce severe spasticity. That was 40 years ago. I was recently offered this for my bladder. But after assessment I was not a candidate after 20 years of incontinence...it cannot treat full nerve damage.
I USED botox 20 plus years ago for facial spasms. It worked after 3 sessions. About 4 months apart. Not sure if that was MS or TMJ. .I just had Rthroscopic joint replacement last Sept. It locked closed alot during pandemic.
