If you don't mind joining a group that meets online, I may have a group for you to try. The group I started with 2 others from California, I live in Colorado, meets every Saturday. If you're at all interested and are willing to give the online group a try, just ping me back and I will get you the Zoom link.

You can contact the National MS Society near you and they’ll help get you started. I started one a few years ago and they had me go through a virtual training. It was mostly the do’s and don’ts. The toughest part is getting started. At first you don’t know if you’ll have 1 person at your first meeting or 10!
