It feels like all the blood rushes to my head, my vision tunnels, I get dizzy and unsteady. Everything sounds like I’m underwater and my head starts pounding. It lasts 2-5 minutes when it happens, and it happens 3-5 times a day.

I will definitely give the chiropractor a try! I have gone to an ENT per neurologist, to check my inner ears and everything that had to do with my ears. They are not the cause of anything. My ears got a clean bill of health 😉
Looking up positional alignments now! Thank you Jessica4

Look up positional alignments. Used to annoy me in beginning but has returned now. But being aligned by my chiropractor helped tremendously. Wish I could remember name; I went to ent thinking they could help me and was directed to my " now" chiropractor. Time to go back, my lovely falling has me out of whack.

I get a head rush if I get up too quickly. You could look into P.O.T.S as well.
