Some days I get these weird zapping short circuit feelings in my brain, over and over, it can drive me crazy. It really happens if I’m coming down with something. My 20 + MS lesions are all on my brain, none in my spine yet thank goodness.
It can also make you feel like a spot on your brain is being zapped.
Lhermitte's sign (pronounced Ler-meets) is a sudden sensation resembling an electric shock that passes down the back of your neck and into your spine and may then radiate out into your arms and legs. It is usually triggered by bending your head forward towards your chest
I have matipl sclorsis the leasing are both sides of my brain and on my spine
I’d get those “zapping” sensations, for me it was that split second electric like shock from my brain to the tips of my fingers and toes. Ever since i was prescribed citalopram I rarely feel them.
