Oh honey, most people don’t understand the struggle. It is real for each of us. I believe there will be understanding of our plight we just need to be patient. It’s true when they say that God doesn’t give you more than you can handle. He will make you bend, but you won’t break.
Keep the faith and keep strong you have MS, but it doesn’t have you.

in their mind they think this is encouragement tell them thank you but i can only do what my body can do. explain to them what is going on in your body they must be given a educational meaning of M.S.

You can always say what I came up with long ago when I heard similar from family and friends. With a smile say, "Trade ya".

I find it helps to get some fresh air , maybe go on a car ride just to get away from being cooped up, go to the park. Being in one spot all the time can be depressing as you see and think of things that need done that maybe you can’t do them? You just need to do what you enjoy 😊
