Magnesium did the trick for My severe Leg Cramps.

Oh yes and they are sever! From feet all the way up to back of thighs! I take zanaflex bc baclafen didn’t work. There is also OTC Theraworx and it’s amazing but sometimes it only works for a min so I have to keep reapplying. I can’t always take my zanaflex due to triggering migraines if I take every night so I will reach for the bottle of Theraworx and rub it in.
