Thanks Luanne2
By the way the doctor’s name is Dr Terry Wahls
She has a TED talk ( about 15 minutes long) called “Minding your mitochondria “
I saw it and was soooo encouraged , I tried it adamantly for 1 year and like I said, I lost 25 lbs, but didn’t get better like she did🥲

Well, I’m surprised you haven’t gotten a million answers to this
I don’t think any diet is PROVEN to help MS
However it does seem common sense to eat healthy
One person I follow, Dr Terry Wahls, who has chronic progressive MS, like I do went on a paleo diet, she is a practicing physician like I was, she got much benefit from this. I watched her TED talk "Minding your mitochondria" and was very encouraged.
I went on it, and my MS didn’t improve, however in 6 months I lost 25 lbs, I was relieved when I finally stopped losing weight
I’m still mostly on it and have gained back about 5 lbs, I’m staying on it
