I'm a little over 3 years from "Medicare eligible" and 4 years from retirement. What's the major difference between traditional Medicare, Medicare replacement and a Medicare supplement?
Maybe it depends on your area. I am in Southern CA and I like the Medicare Advantage Plan Part C all inclusive. I have very low or no co pays, no deductibles, most meds are covered. A low monthly premium that is below $175. I like that I do not have the 80/20 where I would pay 20% of everything plus deductible yearly.
But we are all different so this works well for some and maybe not well at all, for others. You can call Medicare and ask them these questions they are good at explaining it all.
I hope you get all the information you need!
In my opinion those all inclusive part C plans do you no favors. Thus all the advertising for them. Do you research, your doctors, your meds, limitations on services. Sometimes they work out for people but mostly they're a rip off.
