I got up this morning and noticed that my legs are acting wobbly. I’ve had it to happen before but only after a good workout never after getting up in the morning. What is going on?

Hi Jess..for me wobbly legs is muscle fatigue. When this happens 99% of the time
It’s coincides with my overloading sugar, dairy and carbs for a few days prior to the wobbles. I really try to stick with 2 cups of fruit and 7 cups of veggies a day and lean protein. This diet works best for me. 😊
