I walk as much as I can. I get fatigued but refuse to sit all day. I use a cane all day because of weak legs..You have to push yourself and rest when needed. The fatigue and MS aren't going away, so you might as well do you're very best when able too. The pain is off the charts at times, but I realize that most people couldn't handle the pain I get, and because of that I know I'm a warrior, and try my best to act like it.
Be strong MS warriors best you can! Love you guys.
Exercise, Provigil (can't do without it!) diet and rest. I know a very active day is probably followed by a more shattered day. Also try to do physio exercises: balance, leg strengthening, stretches. A bit of meditation and a bit of qi gong. Feels like a full-time job sometimes! And I keep a journal. Try not to beat myself up when I can't do much.
Thank you! I’ve never heard of taking Coq10 to fight fatigue. I’ll have to try that!
I generally do not have issues with fatigue. My neurologist recommends CoQ 10 for combating fatigue issues. I take 600 MG Daily and use the Nature Made brand which is USP verified. It is pricy, but I use my HSA to cover it. Walgreens has a buy one get one free sale frequently and I stock up when they do. I also exercise as much as I can fit in my schedule. Good luck!
I handle fatigue by doing various exercises. It sounds crazy that if you feel tired then do some exercises but it works for me.
