I worked for Sandoz who manufactured generic and biosimiliars and the requirements to get them FDA approved are pretty strict, so you should not see any difference in efficacy or safety. However, each of us are different, just like are MS is different between individuals, so if something feels off be sure to report it to your physician.

Yes! I use Dalfampridine. I used Ampyra for years but when I changed insurance to Kaiser, this generic name is the only option. No noticeable difference. Thankfully.
