I have been in a plateau since 2017, no changes on my MRI. Although I keep getting new symptoms. Is this possible? I had a blackout episode in 2018 and caused a 3 car accident. There were no symptoms or warning it was coming. I was lucky, no one was hurt but me (broken arm), but NYS revoked my license, my insurance was canceled, and my car was totaled. I've been waiting for it to happen again, but it hasn't. I haven't driven since, and it's put a giant strain on my family. All I remember from… read more

Can't shed light on that one.

I do know, I played my first FULL game of hockey in years. Felt fine for few days then everything fell apart. Haven't felt right since. Going for mri on 31st head and spine. See if me pushing myself is making things worse or not. I'm thinking, because we have this damage, the brain is looking for new nerve paths there will always be symptoms. Maybe this is what happened to you.?

First, good luck on the MRIs, that should shed some light on things. They took MRIs and everything else when I was in the hospital after the accident and found nothing. (Including a brain LOL) I think we all get sensory overload, it's just different triggers. Mine is noise. My daughter's house is one continuous LOUD noise and I babysit my twin 4 y/o granddaughters 2-3 times a week. The TV's on all day, 2 beagles barking at everything and then the 2 older kids get home from school. On goes the XBox and music. By the time I get home I'm exhausted. And it's not just the demands of the twins, it's the constant NOISE!!! Sometimes when I'm home alone, I don't even turn on the TV, just silence. So I think we all have something to deal with because our brains aren't working at full capacity. I envy you feeling well enough to play hockey and I hope you don't have to give it up. We all need outlets. Please keep me up to date on your MRIs, I hope it's good news.🤞🏒

Also I know when driving on highway, I get what I like to call sensory overload. If I drive too far, even when going thru isles at grocery store, seems like everything on shelves ect, are flying by me so fast as I'm walking thru. Makes me feel nausea at times.
