I usually feel the effects right after am to tired to even walk for 24 hours

I was tired after & the next day a little, but nothing like after rituximab infusions. I also started feeling better almost immediately, which was much better than after rituximab. I never felt much better after rituximab & felt worse about 2 months in, turns out I developed anti-rituximab antibodies after the 1st infusion. So compared to that, Ocrevus has hardly any negative side effect, and pretty immediate positive effects.

Ocrevus works for the long haul. If it works for you (you don't have any relapses), you should keep getting it. It wipes your B cells out, because that is what causes relapses and further damage. My last MRI was clear!

I typically feel "washed out" and tired for a couple of days after an infusion. From what I've read Ocrevus wipes out over 90% of the B-cells of our body's immune system in only a few days after the infusion.

I get tired but also had headache for a few days
