CherylCrawn, Lighteningduck offered some great advice. You could also be low on folate. I have had low levels of both of these in the past, Doctor told me to eat foods rich in iron, folate and B12 and to take folic acid and B12 supplements. When Iβm low on iron I start getting canker sores in my mouth so I know my iron is low so then I start taking SloeFE iron supplement as directed by my dermatologist until it clears up in about a week or so. It releases slowly through the day and is more effective. Please discuss with your doctor before taking any supplements. Hope this helps. God bless you all.
