My stomach is constantly on fire. The only things I can eat that don’t make me sick with nausea or diarrhea are starches and protein. I love fruits and vegetables but just this year MS started effecting my digestive system. Can anyone recommend how to find a nutritional doctor? Seems only food not good for me are ones that don’t make me sick. HELP

I have stomach issues and so far been taking different scripts! They work while taking them but when you stop the issues are back! I don't want to take any more scripts cuz I take enough! My girlfriend suggested I try IB Gard! I take 2 in the morning and I can usually get thru the day with a lot less problems! They have peppermint oil in them and you can feel your stomach relax! Just a thought but I was amazed! They are over the counter and a little expensive but I have a lot more peace of mind! Wishing you easier times cuz I can sympathize

You could have developed an ulcer. "Most stomach ulcers are caused by infection with the Helicobacter pylori bacterium or anti-inflammatory medication, not stress or poor diet as once thought. Treatment options include antibiotics and acid-suppressing medications.Aug 14, 2023"
I had Helicobacter pylori. I didn't get an ulcer but did have other gut symptoms.

aloe vera juice is soothing and lubricating to the digestive tract. I would keep it on hand and take an ounce when needed.
