Totally right in that, MarilynGemma! I was an R.N., and know that while MS is not a cause of death in itself, it IS a comorbidity that can be a contributing factor. So we can do our best to fight against that! I strongly believe moderate exercise daily, and a good diet, are essential.
I had always thought those pedal cycles I see advertised were garbage, but my PT says they CAN provide some cardio. I also use light weights to exercise my arms while cycling.

I agree, my worry is that I cannot do any cardio exercises because I can barely walk. I suppose that I may find some to do while sitting. 🤔

You tube also has chair exercises in addition to yoga. There are more an more things out there.
