Every time notifications tell me that a comment has been made on my story, the page 'cannot be found' when I click on it, and if I then look at my own page, my story is set up to do an amendment and to get to my story, it reposts, which must be a bit annoying for other members as there is no amendment, just the original additional comment that I want to see!
This system needs a tutorial. It has no logic. A person can ask a question but then can't find responses when notified. We have MS, we need a user friendly site.
There was an issue recently for notifications of comments on stories. We believe that should be fixed now. Any emails received prior to the fix may still lead to an error page, but all new ones should hopefully be correct now. Links from your notification page should work correctly however.
Exactly what @A MyMSTeam Member said, I hit "no" on resharing my story yet it still does. That's the only way I can read new comments to others on my story.
I did have that issue a couple of times. When I log in now I go through my Gmail account. It gives me that option. You can also go through your fb if you have one. Hope that helps
Same here!!!! I get a lot of page can't be found! Something is diffauntly not right.
