The Mediterranean diet has been found to have a positive impact on people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Specifically:

- Mobility Issues and Mental Clarity: The Mediterranean diet is associated with enhanced memory and motor skills, as well as a lower score on the disability status scale.
- Fatigue: While the context does not explicitly mention fatigue reduction for the Mediterranean diet, it does highlight that healthy eating habits, in general, can help manage MS symptoms.

The diet is high in omega-3 polyunsaturated fats from fish or seafood, monounsaturated fats from olive oil, fruits, vegetables, bread, cereals, red wine, eggs, legumes, and nuts.

Does anyone else have a hard time due to inflation? As far as being able to afford a special diet??

Here's my answer for ANY diet. I can barely keep food on the table with Alaskas food prices. I spent over 200 dollars yesterday. I bought groceries WITHOUT buying any meat. Fortunately I have pkgs of meat and chicken and fish in my freezer. With inflation and already high prices, I cannot afford any type of Mediterranean or any other diet. I just do the best I can!! I'm not able to work any longer from advanced MS. Disability is a JOKE!!!!!! Especially in the bank account!🥺
