I have degenerative disc disease as well. It was diagnosed three months before MS was diagnosed. I find it interesting that the spinal MRI for the degenerative disc disease could only diagnose the disc disease and not the MS.

Yes. I have degenerative disc disease along with a lot of other things wrong. Having an attitude of gratitude helps me keep my focus off the negatives.

I have degenerative disk disease

Along with several other diseases and illnesses, I have degenerative disk disease and osteoarthritis in my spine.
I’ve had anterior cervical fusion for severe arthritis of the C3-4 facets, 2 discectomies in my lumbar spine (same disc, seven weeks apart), both SI joints fused, and need to have a lumbar fusion. I’m having an MRI of my thoracic spine in a few days to (hopefully) find the cause of the constant pain I’ve had for several weeks. I also have scoliosis.
