I just checked out an article about stem cell therapy and, for the bargain price of $62,000, I, too, can get that treatment. But INSURANCE DOESNT COVER IT!!!!! So I’ll just pull it out of my…..pocket (fooled y’all) and run there. Jeez!

There were studies done on it at Cleveland Clinic and University of OH many years ago but say results were not all positive or it would be an approved treatment in the USA. I do know a few people who have had it done, and they were positive about it in the beginning but lost touch with them later so don't know how they did long term. There is an immediate affect because they initially wipe out your immune system. However, spending 30-40K for a short-term effect would be a disappointment.

And wiping out your immune system for an unknown. I know my immune system controls my MS as when it is surpressed I have flare ups but when it is ramped up (sickness, infections etc) I am fine, so its a flip of the coin unless you are sure of the tpe of MS you have.

It’s a lot of money to spend and you pretty much are going in blind.
