Had symptoms for a number of years, but never thought too much about it, then during the last few months inability to walk any distance and balance got worse. Spoke to docs which led to MRI Scans and lumber puncture, then last week was diagnosed with PPMS. Not sure how I feel, so many thoughts and questions, with the long term future uncertain, it's kinda scarey.
It gets better sometimes but keep pushing forward you might stumble and fall!!! Its mind over matter if you don't mind it don't matter😂😃 gotta love our new life.
I have PPMS and had similar diagnosis 13 years ago. Numb foot, limping, etc. I really went downhill quickly for a couple years as the disease progressed. After a couple drugs didn’t work and had lots of side effects, I got on Ocrevus as soon as it was available. I haven’t gotten any worse, since! It worked well for me.
