Yes, many people with multiple sclerosis (MS) have reported experiencing sensations like a burning and itchy scalp. These symptoms are often described as frustrating, especially when there is no visible rash or skin irritation to explain the discomfort. This type of symptom can be a manifestation of nerve-related issues common in MS, known as neuropathic pain or dysesthesia.

I do, it's annoying! I'm not going through an itchy spell on my neck. I know it's not from anything I'm using (cream/beauty) wise bc my face would be doing the same. But I ITCH like crazy and it's driving me crazy! I remember going through this itching phase when I was 18, I couldn't sleep it drove me mad! I went to several docs and they all just shook their heads. It was on my back not my neck but same issues. Itching with no rash, no rhyme or reason.

Ice, if it itches ,Ice it , yea not fun but basic health, ice, numbs the nerves, reduces itching. Less itching -less histamine ie the stuff that makes you itch

Almost every part of my body itches. My scalp is so sensitive, the itching drives me insane I scratch till it bleeds so that adds more pain.
My arms, feet and ankles are exact same. I get a flare up of white spots on the area before it becomes hot and itchy. My skin is a mess now with scratching till the skin bleeds it’s left scarring. How do you all manage? What do use on your scalp. I tried castor oil on my scalp at night which did soothe it but in the morning my hair was horrendous.

It is really annoying , I agree!! I guess it's a side-effect of the med I take (Vumerity), but I remember having it happen early in my diagnosis of MS .in 1979. I'll have to ask my neurologist next visit.
