I've been in a state of pseudo attack for about a year. If I get a good day and want to do some work around the house i have to be very careful to not over exert too much and not overheat. If that happens it's back to bed for days.

I forced myself to block up a tree for firewood last Thursday. It was 20C, about 70F. Muggy too. And the bugs were awful so I'm covered in bug dope. Got one tree blocked up and took 3 trailer loads up from the bush to my work area for splitting and piling and I was drenched in sweat and couldn't cool down naturally so cool shower for 20 minutes and then wash off the bug spray. Took some pain meds and lay down under a ceiling fan. I spent the next 3 days basically in bed because I was stoopid and didn't stop sooner.
